Kim Kardashian is reportedly quite upset over an advertisement for Old Navy (watch below) that she believes intentionally features a look-alike. The socialite and reality TV star has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the retail chain.
The Black Keys are suing an ad agency for the agency’s use of their song in a New Jersey bank advertisement. It is reported that The Black Keys allege they did not authorize nor receive royalties for the use of the song. Reports also indicate that the cease & desist letters sent prior to the suit were ignored.

Reports indicate that rapper Ghostface Killah (“Ghostface”) is being sued by the Copyright Owner and/or composer of the Iron Man Theme song. The suit reportedly focuses on Ghostface’s use of a sample of the theme song, which allegedly appears in multiple tracks on Ghostface’s 2000 Album “Supreme Clientele.” Other allegations involve unpaid royalties to Marvel Comics.
Reports indicate that the big Internet Service Providers, such as AT&T and Time Warner Cable, are going to crack down on Copyright piracy. According to recent posts, these providers will send alerts to their users if they are aware that content theft is occurring through a user’s Internet connection. Multiple alerts to the same user may result in a rejection or ceasing of Internet service providing through that same company.
