Summer Associate Jennifer Swirsky’s recent article placed in the Top 15 in this year’s GRAMMY Foundation® Entertainment Law Initiative (ELI) Writing Contest. In its eleventh year, ELI is designed to forge a connection between the Recording Academy’s creative and technical constituency and the legal community. ELI promotes discussion and debate on the most compelling legal issues facing the music industry today.
