Menina E. Cohen, Esq. focuses on the areas of intellectual property, including patent and trademark litigation, appellate, commercial litigation and civil litigation. Ms. Cohen is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Ms. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado (B.A.) and Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (J.D.), and is a member of The Florida Bar, The American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Ms. Cohen is also a licensed captain under the United States Coast Guard.
